This is why you won’t be playing Assassin’s Creed Unity’s season pass content

Ubisoft has cancelled the season pass for Assassin’s Creed Unity. Instead, everyone will get the Dead Kings DLC for free, and Season Pass owners will get a voucher for a free Ubisoft game like Far Cry 4, Assassin’s Creed: Rogue, or Watch Dogs. The publisher announced their tactical withdrawal from sales of the Unity season pass this morning, noting that Patch 3 was being readied for release. Yannis Mallat, CEO of Ubisoft Montreal & Toronto, expressed his regrets over Unity’s launch problems.
Unfortunately, at launch, the overall quality of the game was diminished by bugs and unexpected technical issues. I want to sincerely apologize on behalf of Ubisoft and the entire Assassin’s Creed team. These problems took away from your enjoyment of the game, and kept many of you from experiencing the game at its fullest potential.
The season pass entries in all digital marketplaces have been withdrawn. Ubisoft will not be making it available for purchase going forward. Season pass holders can go here to read up on what’s being offered instead. Sounds like someone’s getting Just Dance 2015!
