Last night I'm playing with the Stronghold demo. I'm fiddling with the economics mission, and it's getting kind of late. About 1am.
The advisor who tells me things like "Food stores are low, sire" says, with no apparent action on my part:
"It's getting very late, sire. Aren't you tired?"
That's the first time a game has ever told me to go to bed. It's kind of interesting... pretty simple to program a trigger from the system clock, but why would they do it?

Stronghold is having many surprises! My friend says that a man in Oulu is programming the next game, but I am not sure. This is from the deep demo crowd, who my brother says does not exist. So I am spectical. On the other hand, he was right about Max Payne, which did occur!

Dungeon Keeper 2 had that as well. Your assistant would point out the soft, rectangular thing in the next room where you could get some rest. It must be a Bullfrog thing, carried over to Lionhead.
