"The second season of THE SOPRANOS will hit retail on VHS and DVD on Nov. 6, 2001."

On a whim, I went to the HBO site to see if there were any plans to release another season, and to my delight it's happening this weekend. Woowho! I don't mind being two or more seasons behind, as long as they keep putting them on DVD, so I can junk out on a single weekend and not have to subscribe just for my fix.

Now if they'll just do the same with Band of Brothers, I'm good to go.
