Yay. Let's have a whole shameless plug thread.
http://www.gamersclick.com
It's open! It's thinking. (I figure the Dreamcast's dead, so I can use their slogan)
By Aszurom on Thursday, May 17, 2001 - 01:46 am:
so, if I don't click it, I'm not a gamer?
Shit, I better click twice just to make sure!
By the way, the reason I shamelessly pimped coregamer.com is because it's sorta an inside joke with my friends... I NEVER update that thing. I decided that easiest way to show everbody back home where I was and what I was doing was to just put it on the site... thus, there you have it.
I'm NOT going to show my mom pictures of what happened tonight though... hehe. She's supposed to get with me after the show tomorrow night, so maybe I'll get a pic of her for memory's sake. It was a VERY good night.

Very nice layout. When are you scheduled to fold?
By Tom Ohle on Thursday, May 17, 2001 - 08:28 pm:
never ;)
No overhead is nice to have.

Speaking of shameless plugs, our new site went up on the first day of E3.
www.cgonline.com instead of the old
www.cdmag.com
Obviously it hasn't been updated much while we've been away, but let us know what you think of the new design, point out bugs, give suggestions, whatever.

Nice! I really like the new look. I always liked the content, but the site design was irritating. This is much improved.
By Aszurom on Monday, May 21, 2001 - 01:30 am:
I've got some E3 pics up on www.coregamer.com
I still need to get the 2nd day stuff up, but day 1 and day 3 are there. 99% of my stuff is video (I love my new camcorder!) so I'm just going to pull more stills from it. I got some really great moments too, wait and see.

I really like the new CGO look too, and that release dates link is pretty nifty. It will be interesting to see what percentage of those listed in December actually make it.

Here's what I've got after tallying my take at the show...
IL2 Interview with Oleg Maddox
Lock On SU27 Flanker interview with Matt Wagner
MechCommander2 interview in private room
Interview for Battle Realms
video of Sigma demo showing with developers in theatre-booth
Beta copy of WW2 Online coming in mail ASAP
Good footage of Bridge Commander, and interview
Empire Earth interview
NICE Freedom Force footage and interview
video of private showing of Gangsters and Hidden&Dangerous2 in GOD trailer
great video of ALL god trailers from their theater booth
Footage of Spy Hunter PS2 (I may be one of the few with it, they were VERY
uptight about filming it at all, had to get special permission)
All the above is video, by the way. Whatever Gamesdomain doesn't need is fair game, so if you want to have a look at it for your site(s), give me a yodel.

Hey, Jim! Are these up on the coregamer site somewhere? I'm interested in checking them out (no site, just want to see for myself).
No hurry, but let me know where can I find 'em when you sell it or whatever.

Nice site but for the love of God kill the flash
plugin download
By Aszurom on Tuesday, May 22, 2001 - 06:37 pm:
Obviously, Mr Anonymous is smoking from the same bag as Levelord. There's no flash or anything other than straight HTML on coregamer. Hell, I don't even use ASP.
Must be talking about someone else's monster.

Sorry Aszuron...I was referring to gamersclick.com
My humble apologies ..
By Land Murphy (Lando) on Wednesday, May 23, 2001 - 01:25 pm:
Uh oh. Anonymous no longer has unimpeachable credibility. What a shame.
