The new one's at:

I point it out partly just to see how wumpus will find fault with it, but also to say it's about freakin' time that a game site ran something like this.

G.O.D.'s promotional efforts are of course just a standout example of industry-wide immaturity, but it's nice to see them publicly and humorously taken to task for it.

It's much better than the previous one, to be sure.

Although.. this opinion piece somehow lacks the crisp focus of Tom's reviews-- not the :60 second type, but the regular ones. It feels padded, and could probably benefit from a 1/3 reduction in word count. This is also known as "Bruce Geryk Syndrome".

Well I'm glad Tom notices the Cate ARcher eyes, but don't tell me that orange white skin suit she wears isn't as appealing as the eyes! BTW, it is true lots of pc games are sold as male teen masterbating material... but then again, look at anything else, sex sells. I think GOD is trying to be the WWF of publishers... in yer face with trash! Though I'm trying to envision how they could advertise Tropico with tittilating ads... a third world hooker/stripper doesn't come of as appealing to me... its rather tragic.

etc

But when I look at the top 10 monthy lists and the yearly top 10 games, Sex isn't even there! Violence maybe, but not sex.
