|6:30 to Via Domus|

Personally, I like the Playstation 3's installation. I'm sitting here now watching the progress bar fill up as a timer counts down from 6 1/2 minutes. That's how long I'm going to have to wait before I can play the new Lost game, which is subtitled "Via Domus" for some reason. I'm guessing that's one of the mysteries waiting to be solved by me, Hurley, Kate, Locke, and maybe Shannon, Boone, Nikki, and Paolo, depending on when the game takes place.
I figure I might as well go ahead and install Devil May Cry 4 when I'm done. Because, seriously, I don't mind the delay if it shaves time off the loading screens during the game. Let me pay all that time up front, in one big slice so I can do something like update the front page of Quarter to-- okay, hold on, it's done. I'm going to go install Devil May Cry 4...
...okay, I'm back. There's no timer on the Devil May Cry install. Instead, there's dopey music, artwork, and chunks of what look like backstory. Where was I?
Right, I'd rather get some of those ten or twelve second loading screens out of the way up front. So rock on, Sony, with your preinstalls! Because I'll take that over a thrashing 360 drive any day of the week.
UPDATE: Never mind. After 20 minutes and 54 seconds of listening to that interminable faux lieder playing over the Devil May Cry 4 install, I think I've had my fill of Devil May Cry for the foreseeable future. 20 minutes and 54 seconds! I thought people were exaggerating! Ugh.
