Nucular power and weapons.
Let's see if we can keep this going until the election. Reasons to vote Bush out, in no particular order. I'll get it started.
1) The stupid, useless war/occupation of Iraq.
2) 521 billion dollar budget deficit - less than 4 years after inheriting a 200 billion dollar SURPLUS!
3) Support for constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage.
4) Patriot Act and continued undermining of American freedoms.
5) Pledged billions for AIDS research in Africa; forgot to pay up once the cameras were off.
Nucular power and weapons.
To keep him from stacking the Supreme Court and Federal courts with right wing appointees.
To end the knee jerk Bush bashing. It's nearly as bad as the knee-jerk Clinton bashing was.
No more watching that awful smirk of his.
9/11 - I'm tired of the stonewalling on the analysis of what happened
Servergate - Stupid democrat sysadmin admittedly, but hey we're prosecuting ten year-olds for downloading Britney Spears crap
Enron - Dick Cheney's unnatural relations thereof
Valerie Plame - This was, um pretty close to, um, treason, wasn't it?
AWOLGate - So he wasn't missing for quite as long as once thought, yer point?
Terminator 3 - Does anyone seriously think this game would have been released in a democratic administration?
Not only that, we should deport the next Bush presidential hopeful to avoid this shit happening again! (Jeb.) And the rest of the clan should be sent to Tijuana.Originally Posted by Squirrel Killer
1) Removing a murdering tyrant from power and saving countless future Iraq lives. Preventing said tyrant from fulfilling his desire to acquire components for WMD, according to David Kay.
2) For turning around a recession in record time after inheriting a NASDAQ that had plummetted 4,000 of 5,000 points and suffering a terrorist attack that destroyed the economic pillars of our country.
3) For agreeing with most Democrats that marriage is not a right for gays.
4) For attempting to keep the country safe for keeping tabs on the terrorists within our own country in hopes of preventing a future attack.
5) For keeping uneducated liberals out of more debt by instituting the Don't Call List.
VOTE DEMOCRAT IN '04!
Funny.
Cherub, you don't belong here. You are obviously brainwashed and need a lobotomy.
Funny. Because, of course, your lobotomy worked out so well...
How would you like me to insult you today?
You do belong here. Enough said.Originally Posted by Midnight Son

Midnight, do you have some sort of disorder that makes you post compulsively?
I do. And I'm still no where close to being 'Magister mundi mccoulogh'.
Dirt = Midnight Son, eh?

Ok, back on topic. Reasons to vote Dubya out:
* Strategery
* Rumsfeld
* Richard Perle
* Wolfowitz
* It would really piss Hannity off.
Thanks.
Yet more reasons to vote Dubya out:
* Stacking the judiciary with right wing nuts while Congress is conveniently out for President's day.
* Trying to reclassify fast food workers as industrial jobs to make it look like he's "creating jobs."
* That damn smirk.
I'd like him out but I don't like Kerry.
etc
So many reasons it's hard to count--
1. Shifting national security emphasis from the Clinton administration's "terrorism" to "National Missile Defense" in the months before 9/11
2. Continuing to support National Missile Defense after it's been proven not to work
3. Being considered an idiot by leaders around the world (look at footage of Putin after they've had a face to face meeting)
4. Bungling North Korean diplomacy (coincidentally providing a rationale for National Missile Defense)
5. Drilling in ANWAR
6. Reversing Clinton administration desgination of wilderness, encouraging logging road construction in previously untouched areas
7. Relaxing restrictions on "Remove the Mountaintop and fill in the valley" mining
8. Holding American citizens indefinitely and uncharged without access to counsel or any judicial procedure, and claiming that this is an executive power not subject to judicial review.
9. Imposing a huge and unfunded mandate on public schools--part of a wider right-wing plan to convince people that public education is failing, in order to reduce popular support for it as a first step to eliminating what is essentially a "redistributionist" program
10. A concerted effort to privatize large chunks of the federal government, with the aim of reducing wages while enriching his contractor friends.
11. A proposed immigration policy that would create a permanent but legally employable underclass to depress the wages of working Americans
12. Eliminating the taxes on dividend income and inheritance, depriving the government of revenue they can't afford; this is robbing from the poor to give to the rich
13. Only in office because of a judicial coup
14. Wimpy embyonic cell-lines decision--impedes science, but doesn't make a principaled stand
15. Distorting science in general to support wrong-headed environmental, defense and social policied (Union of Concerned Scientists report)
I. All Republicans suck.
Not that Midnight Son makes the opposition look good by any means...Originally Posted by Tyjenks
