bigdruid def Lord_Pall 79-64. Games like this have totally given me a new appreciation for Sadranis - it's astoundingly powerful to have a big list of monsters you can pick from.

We could just have a rule that everyone gets to play everyone at least once, regardless of standings.

I wouldn't want to keep track of that, but if someone else wants to do it next month, that's fine with me! I'm just afraid that some folks will run out of opponents really quickly.

AT by 1 over Prolix. Don't get too close to this score; it still smells like the ass I pulled it out of.

bigdruid def OuchThatHurts 74-62, challenged him again because these games have been so tight
bigdruid def MNGwinn 81-73, too late to claim the 8 point achievement, I guess.

    AT > Joe Bolt.

Josemas, I got two Abolishers in my first turn vs Congestion for the July finals. Help me do it right! You don't like Sten, do you?

My god Jorune, will this game never end? I would forfeit, but I don't want to deprive you of the satisfaction of watching your construct engine maul me turn after turn. I can't even make you banish them, because that just gives you even more power when you get to play them again.

Sigh, guess we're done for August. Every time I play you I feel like I'm winning and them you annihilate me in the last few rounds. Well played! September will be here ever so quickly!

All part of my fiendish plot. And yeah, it is not that you really played poorly, I was just able to get my deck moving at the end of each of our games. Also, you joined the league about the time I got a hot streak going with good draws. A couple months ago and you could have slaughtered me. Don't wait next time!!! ;)

bigdruid def Tyjenks 70-65 in a battle of Umbral Blades vs Treasures of the Study. I managed to squeak out a win despite my second blade hiding in my deck until my very last turn and Tyjenks leaving me with No Monsters Evar. I've never seen the honor pool drain that quickly.

I am calling that one a moral victory. :) Had to rematch after that. Good game.
