Really good game, I like how we both got down to the bottom of our decks, even after the game started pretty explosively. These victories are making me feel better about all the times I've been on the wrong end of your blade.

That game was intense. I thought I was winning early on and then it sort of slipped away when Gror came a calling. Then I botched my attempt to kill him with the gorilla sandwich.

I was pretty freaked out by that gorilla sandwich, it would have taken some lucky rolls, but they could have taken down my 7hp hero in one turn. Nice unit. I had to make a pretty tough decision at one point in whether to go for your wall or the gorilla. I guess it worked out, but I really hate the jungle elf special ability that takes away all your unit abilities. It's tricky!

Good game. I'm not a huge overall fan of the phoenix elves, but I really like their mobility and precision special ability.

Derbain finally defeats Mageical with the Phoenix Elves, in a brutal war of attrition. Well... most of the attrition was The Eater consuming half his own team, but still!
