Where's the poll?
And why can't krayzkrok be the hero? He is, after all, the most awesome of us.
This should be a multi-selectable poll.
BigDeath Gunlick is here to take it the extreme. And he's going to die!
XXX-TREEEM
SHIT BONERZ
Shit Boners would actually be a decent title for a '90s "bad girl" comic, except they almost always were named after the main bad girl. What a godawful trend that was.
My gold standard for "awful unnecessary book that should never have existed" is probably this sucker right here:
For those fortunate enough to never encounter it in person, Ninjak #1 had a wraparound full chromium cover. Conducted static electricity like you wouldn't believe, and since I had to bag and board about a hundred of them for my comic shop job at the time, by the end of the day my hands were numb from being shocked every time I reached for the next issue.
Remember the rules, though:
Issue 1: Foil-accented cover, everyone posing, and a catchy slogan that wouldn't sound out of place in an energy drink ad. "FEEL THE EXXTREME RUSH!"
Issue 2: "TONIGHT... SOMEONE DIES!"
Issue 3: Cover that has nothing to do with the content inside, 75% of cover space devoted to cleavage. This is where you bring on the second writer for the book because the first guy is out of ideas.
Issue 4: Expected to be 6-12 weeks late. Remember, after any delays, you can always reposition the characters and do some costume changes and just redo the #1 cover with a big "A NEW ERA BEGINS!" slogan.
