    XP - Tweaking for Games

Can anyone link to a good guide on tweaking XP for games?

Also, how do I control what user processes get loaded into memory on startup? There's some Creative stuff I don't want to delete, but I don't want it on my control panel every time XP starts.

    run: msconfig

That's the best way to keep control of startup programs. All the crap that every application automatically installs these days in a list waiting to be disabled!

X-setup at http://www.xteq.com/products/xset/index.html is a good all-purpose Windows tweaking utility.
