Yeah, very good game by Erik. He played well overall, but the Raiders ended up pulling out a 23-12 win. This 95-yard kickoff return was the highlight:

    On to Dallas!

AND THE CARDINALS ARE GOING TO THE SUPER BOWL!

Extremely tough game. Came down to the wire. Vikings were driving at the end to get into FG range to force OT. They do. But this happens.

Apologies to VegasRobb at that moment, as I had my mic still switched on and I exploded.

Cardinals came away from the game with a difficult 17-14 win. Onto the Super Bowl where they'll take on the Raiders!

Ok, the Super Bowl is gonna be on Tuesday evening at 10PM EST, 7PM PST. It sucks that you can't spectate games, but anyone who wants to can join our party and listen to all the cursing. :)

huh? I thought those two teams were pretty much run by the same human players for the entire season...?

Or am I just being daft and missing something?

Ha ha ha. The Raiders don't count as human, they were hatched in the bowels of Isengard by the dread wizard Saruman.

I think I will jump in and take the Falcons if no one has claimed them. They look much more promising then then Broncos did from season 1. :)

I have plenty of time to sneak in a game a week. Earlier on would have been difficult.

I don't like your italicization (is that a word) of hockey.

Do I play you? If I do, I am definitely giving all of my guys hockeys sticks and slashing the crap out of your guys :)

Of course it's a word. Italicization = to make Italian. It's like joining the mob. Which in turn is like hockey, only with Canadians instead of Italians.

While I hate to give up Hester, I think I'm going to swap to the Steelers so I can yell at fuzzy while I get stomped by him.

Seems like most fumbles come at the end of long runs or pass receptions, its like the engine decides "I'm going to screw him over but I'll throw him a field position bone." or "I'm going to get his hopes up and then crush him."

So that's what, three human teams in the NFC South now? I think the Saints are still available, right...? I will not suggest the Panthers as I like you guys too much.

Pffft. Come on now, if I can limp through with the Bills, someone can play with the Panthers!

If anyone can make Timmy Tebow into a hero, it's Fropmaster J. I swear, he's like some precision-machined Madden-playing robot from some secret government lab. Unless he's on his meds, then he does things like assume the Colts have a ground game. Ha ha ha.

Sir, the way you played, I would not call it limping. More like striding with authority...and a slight limp!

Hey, if the Bills and Raiders can meet in the AFC championship game, then anything can happen. :)
