Hell, i'd make 2 versions of the game and have one be pg friendly. Just reskin a stim pack to be healthkit etc,
Korea Times and Kotaku report that the Korean Games Ratings board wants to restrict Starcraft 2 to adults, even though a preview version had been rated 15. Blizzard might change the offending elements (whatever they are) or contest the decision, however. I guess they have to, if they want to repeat the previous game's success.

My best guess is that this is in someway related to the curfew put in place a little while ago. After all they had approved previous versions at 15 already so why change it now?
Still I think this is ridiculous, Starcraft is a professional sport over there. It would be like someone in America saying that kids couldn't play football until they were 18 because they might get injured.

Maybe they finally accepted that Starcraft is a drug for the koreans.
Seems there is an on-going feud between Blizzard and KeSPA (the organization handling the tournaments).
I read that KeSPA wants to block SC2 since they will lose control of matches due to "Battle.Net" (rumored also to be the real reason SC2 will have no LAN modus).
Would be interesting if the rating is politically / economically motivated.
I didn't find a real source in English but a quote on teamliquid.net
What do you think? Is this decision to be taken at face value, or is it a move initiated by KeSPA -- an official body recognized by the Ministry of Culture -- to delay SCII and put pressure on Blizzard?
Oh and this is pretty funny.

Wow. Live by the weird government-controlled monoculture, die by the weird government-controlled monoculture. Never thought it would be the Korean gaming industry lobbyists that would stiff Blizzard, but it makes a beautiful and horrible (for Blizzard) kind of sense. Especially after all the game-fixing scandals to hit the big-money Starcraft scene over there....
So it turns out Blizzard censors StarCraft 2 for the Korean market.
Korean e-sports website FOMOS reports that changes made include coloring the in-game blood black, along with the removal of smoking references and "vulgar" language.
According to a translation of the article by Team Liquid forums member gngfn, Blizzard submitted the new build on May 11, after an earlier version received an adults-only rating by The Games Rating Board.
The new version will receive an Age 12 rating, expanding the game's potential audience drastically.
