    PS3 Hooked Into An iMac

    Here's a fun thing:

I found a gizmo that will let me hook our PS3 (or Xbox: it's an HDMI connection) up to my iMac and use it as a display. It runs in 720p w/ full sound.

    The gizmo is from here:

Pricey, but better for me than giving up desk real estate to a second monitor.

I wish I'd had this setup when I went to University: an all-in-one desktop solution that manages my workload, music, movies and console needs.

That looks awesome. I can't wait to play back a blu-ray on my 27" iMac (something that should be possible already, really).

I've been considering getting an iMac as a "new monitor" and replacement for my current MacBook, since my 5850 on my PC has a DisplayPort. Question: How do you flip between inputs? Is there a button on the iMac itself?

That's pretty sweet. Does anyone know if I can hook up my Wii to my 21.5" Widescreen? Has both VGA and DVI inputs.
