Considering I've seen the Civony/Evony ads all over the place including in places where I wouldn't have expected gaming related ads, then quite possibly yes.m

I think the new PvZ ads are especially brilliant *because* those insidious Evony ads are so pervasive.

Honestly, it always fascinated me on a social/psychological level, how a woman who looks as good as such can stoop so low in a pathetic game's even more pathetic social environment rather of going and getting a good husband (or wife, welcome to the new millennium) and playing Gal Civ instead or whatever.

Because she enjoys the attention? Has low self esteem? Wants the prize and doesn't care who looks?

There's plenty of reasons to do it, really, though I think hers is the most (welcomely) exposed of all the entries.

Also, if you haven't written to PopCap thanking them for the awesome ads, do it, damn it. I know I did!

This thread has now resulted in IMVU shockwave ads saying "meet new people", featuring two poorly rendered girls making out. That's okay, except it's wreaking havoc on my system with its piss-poor optimization. Time to redownload adblock and get specific.

You response is just about as sexist as the ads for civony. Why does a woman need to "going and getting a good husband"?
