    DC Area Gathering

    Time for the irregular gathering of people in the nation's capital region. I'm thinking a Saturday in September for food and beer. I can't do the 13th, but it's not like you all need me there.

    So suggestions for a day, time and place? Metro accessible preferred, especially if there will be drinking.

    Secretary and I are in as well. We enjoyed the last one. We are planning to be out of town one Saturday in September, but that date is flexible, so go with what you all feel suits best.

    Actually, I forgot that the Baltimore Comic-con is the 28th and 29th of September, so if you all get together on that Saturday, we wont be there, as we have already bought our tickets.

    OK, closing in on the 20th.

    In the past, we have met in downtown Silver Spring, which is fine with me. But if anyone wants to shake things up and recommend something novel and interesting, I'm all ears.

    I am fine with changing the date. Like I said earlier in the thread, Secretary and I are busy on the 27th with the Baltimore Comic Con, but other than that, we are free at the moment.

    Plus, if we change it, Triggercut might be able to come.

    Wader and I might be out of town for a wedding on the 4th (something he conveniently forgot or is still hoping to get out of), so I would vote for the 27th as an alternative to the 20th. We can always go to the comic con on the 28th.
