Episode 22: Name That Game
(c. 1989-1992) MS DOS.
I remember playing this when young. Every few years I remember it but cannot seem to find it on either Moby or the Underdogs.
you start as the leader of a band of cavemen. It reminds me of a graphical text adventure - The top of the screen was for the static graphics and the bottom would list your choices. You are migrating, possibly towards the great shiny ball in the sky. There were triggered and preset events - you could discover a "strange dark rock" that ends up being flint. You discover fire! I don't think I ever finished because my band would starve, succumb to disease or wolves. I feel strangely compelled to playing it again. Oh wise Oracle, what is the name of this game?

I'm just wondering whether someone could recall a game where I first thought about supply and demand.
It was a REALLY old Apple II game which I vaguely recall had monkeys and bananas... and a factory. You would be producing goods and earning money.
I can't blame anyone for not recalling the game based on these vague memories some 30 years ago - anyone help out?
