Age of Empires 3 night?

I think I'm competent enough at the game that I can host a night of matches. Since Company of Heroes is now dead to me for the time being(Copy Protection FTL) I could try hosting it Thursday or Friday night would be the best for me, but I could do Saturday. I'm not going to post a time yet to see if I can generate interest here first.

The other reason for this thread , I really need some pointers for fighting China (My best civ is France right now but any will do). If I can survive until age 3 I have a good chance at using the french unique cav to take them down, but I can't do anything during age 2 as the opponent builds at least 30 of the archers . If I try to go all cav in age 2 that leaves me open to pikemen
and the french HC tree has next to nothing in military units age 2. ( I get 8 crossbowmen and 3 basic cav and that's all.) Any suggestions here?
