But how does she manage the kitty litter for 130 cats?

A lady in Russia has adopted 130 cats. Video shows the feeding frenzy. What I'd like to know, is where do 130 cats go to the bathroom? We can barely keep up with 2 cats!

    Everywhere!

(The cat stampede was amusing though!)

Years and years ago I partially saw some godawful movie that I'm pretty sure was in the large set of godawful movies nominally based on Stephen King short stories. There's a scene at the end where a stampede of angry cats all launch themselves onto one of the (I think) alien replicant pod people, and caused them to self-combust.

I only just now remembered that. I'm pretty sure the same thing happened after the end of the video here.

So, somebody's finally testing the "how long does it take 10,000 cats to kill one mouse" hypothesis.

Sleepwalkers. Which reminds me, Mädchen Amick is hot.

Edit: Since I got beaten, I'll mention it was an original screenplay by Stephen King, not based on one of his stories. Also that Enya song was good. Yes, I just said that. Shut up.

Cool, I didn't hallucinate it. I guess I may be judging more harshly than I should. Regardless of whatever merits it had that I don't remember, it was almost certainly the best film I've ever seen that demonstrated that yowling cats will make you burst into flame. Which is something that should be in more movies, period.

The day that woman runs out of kitty chow is the day the kitties revolt and eat HER instead.

So that's what it's like in countries with no animal control to keep the cat ladies in check.

The oldie instrumental Sleepwalk is also great.
The movie is godawful bad but it has one of the best cameoscenes in movie history (King, Clive Barker, Joe Dante, Tobe Hooper and John Landis playing goofball at a crime scene)

She has a fox? Does it run around her house? Having a fox as a pet would be kind cool.

Years ago, when I was living in Utah, I remember hearing a story about a local lady who had something like 80 cats in her home. The fucked up part was that when they cleared out the place (she was in violation of some domestic animal law) they found something like 25 dead cats.

It's more of a pet to the cats - they've adopted it and share food with it :)
