Anyone have a link to the infamous WOOOOOOOOO! dude image? I've seen it posted here, but oddly enough Googling for "WOOOOOOOOOOO!" doesn't show much.

I'm not sure what the process was. I think Dave Long was the first to go "WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" but I don't know if that was necessarily the post that inspired Uncle Larry create the image.
But yes, that face with "WOOOOO!" was "invented by QT3."

No, not really. The person who shopped may get some, but he has to turn around and pay the original copyright holder if there is one. It's the same thing as sampling in the music industry. All the original holder has to do is sue the person who doesn't have the right to use it. There was a sex shop in LA that used a shopped photo of some actress (can't remember who it was) without her permission, and she sued them and won.
I can't remember the last time I saw someone so colossally miss the point.
