Nice.CARLISLE, Ind. - An inmate serving a life term for molesting and killing a 10-year-old girl named Katie somehow got "Katie's Revenge" tattooed across his forehead, and prison authorities were trying to determine how it happened.
The Indiana Department of Correction placed Anthony Ray Stockelman, 39, in protective custody away from the general inmate population last weekend after authorities discovered the tattoo, said Rich Larsen, a spokesman for the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility.
Stockelman was sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to abducting, molesting and killing Katlyn "Katie" Collman. Katie was missing for five days before her body was found Jan. 30, 2005, in a creek about 15 miles from her home in the southern Indiana town of Crothersville.

I don't think anyone should be tortured. The judge didn't sentence him to "life in prison with torture and assrape" just "life in prison." Let him rot in there for all I care, but if prison torture and rape is considered normal, I feel really bad for the guy who got busted with a pound of marijuana and got raped in jail for six months. It just shouldn't happen.
Isn't that crazy? Everyone is always mentioning how normal it is. Isn't that was guards are for? Aren't they there to protect people? They just don't seem to care. ...and that shouldn't be allowed.

They don't rape you in jail hardly at all. They will rape you until you get a weapon or join a race gang if you go to prison though. Not everybody gets raped when they go to prison, but if I were going to prison, I would practice three things; stabbing people to death from behind, stabbing people to death from the front, and how to relax while getting raped in the ass. Stroker is right, we have assrape gangs and crime solvers, the goal is to combine the two. Either way, he probably won't stay in seg forever, and when he gets out, some young turks whose hearts are still free to dream of a better way will hold him down and penetrate his anus with their penises against his will.

I don't get the seemingly relaxed attitude to prison rape. First, it's a barbaric fucking offense. But hey, he's a child-killing molestor so he deserved it, right? To which I ask, is it a good thing that condemned criminals can enforce their own brand of vigilante justice on whoever happens to be weak, defenseless, or a social outcast?
It's about justice insofarasasasafras it is about revenge. Society revenges itself on those who break the rules by putting them with other people who have similar attitudes towards the rules. The raping happens naturally. Situational homosexuality and borderline personality disorder combine in the key for the win.
Sex offenders really do get raped and stabbed and threatened more often than other offenders. Part of it is because some of the criminals with a semblance of humanity left look down on that particular offense, the rest is just because the sociopaths spot an easy target, adopt the party line and join in the fun.
Prison is really neat.
Regarding the responsibility of the guards to stop the institutional rape, yes, it is their job. They are not equipped, trained, or present in sufficient numbers to prevent this particular type of prisoner on prisoner action.
We know damned well you've practiced these things, Flowers. Don't be disingenuous.
If they're aware of this natural occurrence, why can't they equip themselves to deal with it? (..Whether it's more equipment, more training, or more security to make sure the prisoners are guarded.) Is that really the reason, or is it because they really just don't care?
BTW, he was placed in protective custody after the tattoo was "discovered" on his forehead. ..Are authorities planning on punishing him more for having it done? ..or is this just a "Guess what f'ed up shit happened" story?
