Sub headline - Donovan McNabb laughs his ass off.
TO's got some issues, man. And professional football is probably not a great place for getting them resolved.

Yeah, it was mentioned here. (but it's a semi-unrelated thread, easy to miss)
Other than that, it's hard to know what else to say. He's insane.
Maybe he's bipolar. It would explain a lot.
I guess that's one way to put it. Those big, mean Eagles, dumping poor, depressed TO for no reason.Owens had been especially looking forward to the Cowboys' game after that -- Oct. 8, in Philadelphia, against the team that dumped him midway through last season only months after he helped them nearly win the Super Bowl.
Nobody wants to see a guy kill himself (well, ok, we are talking about Eagles fans), but let's not rewrite history here.
I think he just needs to exercise more. That'll clear up all his issues.
I'm totally dropping him from my fantasy team.
I imagine he won't be playing in Philly now, but if he is, I predict he gets inundated by thrown pill bottles.
Gah, I cannot find it YET but last year I wrote an horrifically long and meandering post about how TO was just misunderstood and he is a very sensitive and emotional giant muscular black millionare and Robert laughed at me and called me stupid. IN YOUR FACE ROBERT.
Search sucks on this forum. Try searching for "Thing 4" (in titles only! in Everything Else only!) and watch the 500 errors pop up.

Well, the pills clearly didn't help him.Originally Posted by Mark Crump

I hope T.O. doesn't commit suicide. If he dies, then all the football media talk will be about Brett Farve 24/7 and I'll have to end my own life!
Isn't it amazing how much the football media can gabble on without discussing any actual football topics?
I hear Brett Favre really looks like he's having fun out there.
Michael Wilbon on The Dan Patrick Show suggested that the "Yes" in answer to "Were you trying to harm yourself?" might have been sarcastic. Maybe he needs better smilies.
Did I do that? I don't remember it. I'd love to see that exchange now though, if you can find it, just so we can both laugh at what an idiot I am.Originally Posted by Bill Dungsroman

Given TO's past history and chosen means, I'll leave which one I think it was as an exercise to the reader.
I watched the press conference earlier -- he said it wasn't a suicide attempt, just an allergic reaction.
I kept waiting for him to say "this is all pretty ridiculous," but it never came. Instead, he had a lot of comments about how he's happy to be in Dallas and looking forward to contributing and hopefully playing on Sunday. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it seemed a little weird.

If TO isn't chastizing the media for paying too much attention to him and making up stories about him while simultaneously jumping up and down and waving and saying "look at me!" then the words coming out of his mouth do not belong to TO.
Oh, you is in for a beatdown now.Originally Posted by Rimbo

It's brilliant. He just nuked about 80% of his negative criticism in a 24-hour period. Now if he could just stop creating more of it.
So, who had TO in the Suicide pool this week...???
