Get this man some drugs and strippers STAT.

I fuckin love weird al. He's a genius.
Very much looking forward to seeing the video for this (assuming he does one).
But then he would lose his superpowers!Originally Posted by Bill Dungsroman

"Ridin'", by Chamillionaire, who was nice enough to put it on his Myspace page (the Weird Al cover, not the original sadly.)

Yes, it got the video it deserved.
Apparently, from the website: " "Ridin" is 1st TRIPLE PLATINUM RINGTONE!!! " means something these days. Does the music industry now have "platinum commercial usage" or "Platinum doorbell ring sales" awards too?Originally Posted by LesJarvis
Awesome. This is the second track I've heard from the new record, and it's shaping up to be his best ever.
Thanks. That was great.Originally Posted by Linoleum
That video was awesome. Very entertaining.
I have had this song stuck in my head all day, ever since I saw it earlier. Brilliant. Both my wife and I were laughing like crazy.
I loled. Just like when I watched 7 samurai on Wild Turkey.
The rest of the album is just as awesome. As always, Al delivers.
yes, yes it is. very good overall.
"put'cher viking helmet on, spread that mayonnaise on the lawn, don't'cha know it's weasel stomping day?"
not an official video, but someone threw together a clip with all the videos from the polka-ized medley off the new disc here.
The video for this is up. It's apparently posted by Weird Al himself, and linked from his website, so it's legit.

I thought my favorite line was "I edit Wikipedia," but that was before I got to "I wanna bowl with the gangstas." Great stuff.
Oh man the video is so awesome. I'm watching it for a second time, there's great little things that I missed the first time around, like the gangstas locking the door when he comes up to their car. And one of his myspace top eight is Tom.
Edit: man the guy's look when Al comes up to bowl with them is just perfect. It's not just "check out this white nerdy motherfucker," but it's also "what the fuck am I doing in a bowling alley?"
Oh god, there's an eleven minute Trapped in the Closet parody on this cd. There's no justice in the world if a video/series of videos doesn't get made for it.
The one that got me was buying a VHS copy of the Star Wars Christmas Special from the dealer in the alley. Obscure, but spot-on.Originally Posted by extarbags
Goddam, now I want to go out and find a copy of UHF.
UHF is a budget DVD now. I've seen it for less than $10 at Walmart, Target, and Best buy.
The CD is one of those dualdisc packages that also includes a DVD -- chock full of animated videos for the songs, by the likes of George Plimpton.Originally Posted by extarbags
Great song/video. I recognize a lot of people from MadTV in that video.
* Keegan-Michael Key
* Jordan Peele
* Aries Spears (previous cast member)
Anyone know who the white guy is who's dancing in the background? I think that's a take-off of Christopher Walken's dancing in FatBoy Slim's video "Weapon of Choice".
* Seth Green in the video store
* Frank Caeti (MadTV) in the A/V photo
* Eugene Levy also in A/V photo?
* Alex Borstein (previous MadTV cast member) in Glee Club photo.
* Michael Ian Black in the Chess photo.
Holy crap I am such a nerd!

A friend of mine said he thought it looked a lot like Donnie Osmond, but man I can't even fathom that at any reasonable level.Originally Posted by jpinard
Yup, my wife was pretty sure that was Donnie Osmond as well. I like the video alot. It makes me a bit uncomfortable that he's posing in front of the same make, model and color of car that I drive. But I can't deny that I am white & nerdy.
It sure looks like Donny Osmond.
