    Patching Rome: Total War Gold Edition

    A question and a gripe, here:

    (1) I installed the Gold Edition and ran Barbarian Invasion. Noticed that the Barbarian Invasion version in the Gold Edition is 1.4. If I patch Barbarian Invasion to 1.6, does that automatically patch the main RTW game, or do I have to install that patch separately?

    (2) The Gold Edition just came out a week or so ago. How !@#@!# hard would it have been to include CD's that already have the most recent patches?

    I think it patches them both, from what I read about it on the Total War site, but I'm not sure.
