The Robot Collective marches on Madison
For those without access to the somethingawful.com forums:
Here is an pictorial archive of the Great Robot Uprising of 2004, a singular event that will no doubt be taught as a holy day to our future children under the benevolent rule of their machine masters.

What a day! Just inferring from what I see in the third picture down and the fact that Bucky was out there, aggrieved giant plushy blow up sex dolls were picketing then as well.
I also like how the Robotics and Automation Association (who I presume are a fictional group?) have a more professional-looking logo than does Mach5.

That's a riot. I love how most of the peopel in the pictures and video just keep walking like it's nothing unusual.

That's two extremely funny things from something awful in one day. Is it worth the 9.95 to belong to the forum?

I'm still not sure.
There are some funny things on it, but I really don't get too into it. Personally, its far too large for my taste. I prefer small communities, and large ones such as SA are just impossible for me to bother with, because its like shouting into a deaf crowd.
I was fortunate in that my account was a gift from a friend, so I didn't actually have to spend the $10 to join.

I like the newspaper clip, implying the incident sparked an investigation into alcohol consumption on campus. SOMETIMES KIDS DO WACKY THINGS SOBER, JERKS.
