Assuming Australia has defamation laws similar to Britain, it's likely that this guy has defamed the company (disclaimer: i'm not a British barrister).
Completely apart from whether or not he has done anything legally actionable (I'd certainly prefer to believe he hasn't), some of the things he says are pretty stupid.

I've read that paragraph a lot in other web sites this summer. Except instead of being about Evony, it was written like: "Now I am not saying that Barack Obama was actually born in Kenya and wants to destroy America. That would take a long investigation. What I am saying is that it's suspicious that he has not blah blah blah blah communist."
Note: I don't play Evony, I never will, and I fucking hate their pig fucking advertisements. But this guy is an idiot.
