I must be the opposite end of the spectrum. The three PQs I joined I was able to get my bag right away.

The bad experience was when I joined a fourth, with only three other players in the area (despite high population on the server). Slowly worked through the phases and then getting owned by the last boss and timeout. No win :(

Also, Open RvR is much less efficient in raking xp than instances. The fights are less intense/more defensive and when I played the scenarios weren't even an option (waited in queue for more than an hour). Imho there should be some compensation. Maybe even different reward paths to keep both active.

I had a lot of fun being in some huge battles, reminds me closely of DAoC's standoffs near keeps. But I also had a lot of graphical lag despite a powerful hardware.
