So, I just bought this game at EB because I loved the beta.

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to play until the 3rd of November. Why? Who fucking knows. I tried to register my CD key, and it told me that it was not active yet.

I did a little research, and apparently only people who preordered the game are allowed to play the game I bought in the store until the 3rd of November. Thanks guys! Glad I went down to the pisshole that is EB to buy your game on the day it came out!

I guess I have to sit around staring at the box wondering why in the hell I bought it until you allow me to play.

And tell all my friends who I recommended it to how amazing it is to sit around twiddling my thumbs for two days until you actually allow me to play the game I just paid $50 for.

Thanks Lord/General British. I actually begged my parents to buy Ultima 1 from Sayne's computer shop in Northern Michigan in 1980 in a ziplock bag for my 6th birthday. And now it's my 33rd birthday and I can't play your game. (maybe this is going a bit too far, but not really. It's my damn birthday!).

EDIT: Actually, I'm allowed to play before the 3rd if I buy a "pre-order key" from NCSoft for 4.99. Even better! What the hell is going on with gaming right now??!
