How old is your daughter? Thirteen? Fourteen? If that's the case, are you sure you know where she is right now?

You need to know. You need to be extremely aware of who she is talking to and who she is hanging out with. The reason is simple.

Some medical "professionals" are aiding those who would like to rape or sexually assault her, and they will aid them again and again and again – as long as they can make $285 – $710 per rape or sexual assault.

The rest of the article on How Planned Parenthood Supports Rapists and Child Sexual Predators (www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2002/10/8/183956.shtml)

Could this be a litmus test for this forum? That is, is this just extremist enough that NO ONE supports it as written?

Nah ...

The whole time I was reading that, I was expecting to see a propaganda poster of a demonized black man sneaking up on and towering over a teenage girl from the '50s, innocently walking along, chewing bubble gum, holding her books in her hands, full-length skirt on, blond hair, blue eyes, and daydreaming about the day she turns 18 and can finally kiss her boyfriend.

Take a look at their Web site - http://www.wyll.com/index.asp. This isn't just Christian Fundamentalism, it's the hardcore Taliban wannabe version of fundamentalism. "We put the 'mental' in 'fundamentalism'!"

If the intent of the rapist is to impregnate the victim and these conservative yahoos convince the victim not to have an abortion, they are aiding the rapist. I wonder if they ever thought about it that way?

err... so providing anonymity during the abortion is the same as covering up the rape, which was a totally seperate event?
Is that the general idea of that article?

Yes, of course. Because the identity of raped women not being general public knowledge is what encourages rape.

I think the idea is that rapists are a very conscience-driven group, and rape would stop if rapists were forced to consider the possibility of saddling the victim with a child... because currently it is a well-known fact that the only reason rape is such a problem is that rapists know that abortions are so widespread, and can therefore ease their consciences.

And conversly, if women know that they can't get abortions if they're raped, they won't go out of the house dressing provocatively and "asking for it."

Ooh, I hadn't even thought of that added benefit. Nice. I hope this takes off.

Now wait a damn minute! As a connoiseur of hoochie mamas I must protest vehemently against any conservative female clothing! I have rights too! :)
