Now that you're own fellow socialists are calling you out as being misleading--with some going as going as far as calling you "insulting" and "trolling"--I thought you would like the chance to set the record straight!

You've proclaimed yourself as an independent or moderate many times but I can only find one non-left philosophy you believe in. And on most you are so far left you could be a driver on the NASCAR circuit.

Here's a sampling of your stances:

Supports Gay Marriage - Furthest left, even more than most Democrats.
Supports partial birth abortions - Far left
Doesn't support war in Iraq - Left
Thinks Bush lied - Left
Thinks the tax cuts just help the "filthy rich" - Left and stupid
Thinks the Patriot Act is putting innocent old ladies in jail - Left
Supports the death penalty - RIGHT!

That's all I could think of off the top of my head. So you're liberal when it comes to money, liberal when it comes to social policy (far left even)...but are okay with killing the worst criminals.

So do you think being "moderate" means being the opposite on just one issue out of them all? Or are there more issues you're conservative on? What are they?

Oh and to help you, I've put together a little explanation for the difference between the left and right.

A liberal and a conservative are walking down the street when they happen upon a homeless man. The conservative takes $50.00 out of his pocket, gives it to the homeless man, hands him his business card and tells him to call him for a job interview or to help him find someone who can help him find a job. The conservative also tells him where he can buy some food and lodging with the money. The liberal is impressed.

A while later they happen upon another homeless man. The liberal doesn't want to be upstaged by the conservative so he tells the homeless man where he can get a meal and bed at tax payer expense. He also tells him how to collect unemployment benefits at taxpayer expense. He then takes $50.00 out of the conservative's pocket and gives it to the homeless man.

Now you have the chance to prove to every one that you aren't misleading, insulting, trolling, and impress your fellow socialists that you're coming clean and pronouncing yourself one of their kind.

Good luck!

Bah, he's probably less liberal than me. He's just insult-happy, like a certain thread-starter.....

They're just now calling him insulting and trolling? He's never been anything else, he just agreed with enough people to fly under the rader.

Conservatives live in gated communities where they don't have to look at the homeless. And if the homeless do get in, a quick call to security will eliminate the threat. Get with it, man.

Mostly, at least, but not entirely, at least in Palo Alto. Lots of homeless people hang out outside Whole Foods (where the rich people shop) with soggy hand-lettered cardboard.

It's starting to get annoying. I feel a terrible urge to yell "Stop camping spawn you n00b! /kick! /kick!" But I suspect I'm alone in that.

Bob Cherub. I have carefully considered all my opinions with only one goal in mind: to piss you off! Really, your obsession is quite pitiful.

If we're calling people out, I'm wondering why there's a "Bob Cherub" and a "Bob Violence." Is there a "Bob" clan? Are you both alternate personalities of yet another Qt3 poster?

Just who is Bob?

Maybe if Cherub and Midnight were talking in a thread nobody else could read, they'd write impassioned and reasoned discourses with sources and everything, like in Fallout 2 when you had a sub 3 INT and you talked to Sulak.

Either that or they'd kill each other. Either way, I'm all for it.

If a tree falls on a mime, and there's no one to see it, does anyone care?

I'm not obsessed.. really. Well, maybe a little.

But really, I'm just looking for a little honesty man. You proclaim yourself as moderate and independent yet your posts reveal differently. I think it's healthier to own up to your true nature than acting like you're some moderate voice here.

See, look at Bob here. He's honest about being a fascist. Isn't that much better?

I thought it was pretty common knowledge that
left--------moderate--------right
and everything in between are all a sliding scale for everyone else. There are a lot of conservatives who'd call themselves moderate who'd I consider farther to the right, while I consider myself a moderate lefty.

Lets just redefine left - moderate - right as good - bad - ugly, respectively!
