Getting first reports of this, but it sounds like a suicide bomber tried to ram a vehicle into an Army camp in northern Iraq.
Fortunately, it sounds like it detonated a bit prematurely. 31 soldiers reported injured, but most apparently to flying debris. The guards tried to get it to stop, then opened fire, and it sounds like that's when it exploded.
Hopefully, the initial reports are accurate. I'm sure the Marines experience in Beirut has caused more than a few nightmares regarding this scenario.
