Are there any cheap steering wheel and pedal combos out there. I'd be buying from the UK Amazon and have about £45 to spend. Or cheap wheels not worth it. And force feedback is definitely out I would imagine.

Depends on what platform you want it for, since the only universal wheels are fairly expensive.

If it's for the PC or PS3, keep an eye out for the Logitech Driving Force EX or Driving Force GT, though it looks like they're out of stock right now. The EX doesn't have a separate shifter, just paddle shifters, and doesn't have 'real' force feedback, but should be consistently within your price range. The GT is much better, with proper force feedback, but is a bit more expensive and you'd have to find a good sale to get it at the price you want.

Thanks for pointing it out, I didn't think is mentioning it... It's for the PC I'm looking to buy.

Seems they're not available on Amazon.co.uk. And there's not many others available at all. Mostly Thrustmasters.

If you really want to do it on the cheap, you can copy this guy's setup (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vunngNAnF8Y).

As a serious response, the UK is generally spoiled by having a ton more racing fans than here and have better, or at least slightly cheaper, access to high quality sim wheels and race seats. Cheap PC wheels mostly fell off the planet with dedicated PC stores and cheap joysticks. The Logitech wheels are considered the cheapest mainstream ones these days, but it's still more than your budget. If you want to take a chance, hit up your local craigslist equivalent and see what you can find.
