Somebody did a cheap version back in the 90s, it was like a low end subwoofer in a vest. I think it was the same company that also did awful speaker embedded/force feedback chairs.

Granted, this may be a step beyond the TN product, but I would never wear one gaming. I can see it as a useful training tool, though.
