This may be old news but V2.0 of the Google Toolbar now includes a popup blocker. Good stuff !

Isn't the google bar spyware itself?

Isn't the google bar spyware itself?

Well it reports what website you visit but it doesn't associate the website with any personal details on your machine. So it is still safe to visit porn sites.

The spyware features are optional (and not all that useful anyway).
