I'm talking at least a single post. You don't have to be the one who said the most inflammatory thing; nor do you have to be the one who started the stupidest thread.
The question I am asking is this: Did you find that you post in threads that then end up locked?
I'm sure I'm at the top of the list. I feel an irresistible call to post in these threads. Occasionally better judgment wins out, but more often than not: I can't resist. Shit on his shirt? My god I have to weigh in. Will this one get a divorce? I must express the inevitability of such events. Don't even get me started on the stupid threads I've started.
I actually do a good job of sitting out of most P&R threads, but this is by virtue of avoiding that part of the forum, like a bad part of town. But if it's in EE, I'm most likely right in the middle of it.
