Linking to a specific page doesn't tell us anything. For me, the thread only has 11 pages. So I have no idea what you're linking to. You can link specific posts.

Who the hell is Andrew Sullivan?
And why should I care about his browsing habits?

I seriously doubt that video started the internet rounds on Qt3.
As for you people who don't know who Sullivan is, you should get your political commentary from someplace other than Fox News and Matthew Drudge. :)

I seriously doubt that video started the internet rounds on Qt3.It started the internet rounds a year ago, and has been viewed 36,000 times.
There's a very small possibility that another source pointed out the same video in the same 24h window. There's a more likely scenario that Andrew Sullivan and alexlitel both saw the same source (there's an uptick in comments on the video over the past week, but that may be caused by Sullivan). There's even a chance that alexlitel emailed the link to Andrew Sullivan (he's obviously following Sullivan's blog. Not that there's anything wrong with that).
Or maybe, just maybe, Andrew Sullivan is a secret gaming enthusiast who spends his time lurking here.

You should definitely get your political commentary from other places than Drudge and Fox, but I personally don't really care for a full-blown Reagan/Thatcher worshipper who gain some doubtful credibility with the left for not being quite as morally corrupt as other right wing commentators, who is also the very image of (H) Clinton Derangement Syndrome.

I get my political commentary on global affairs from P&R.

Isn't Andrew Sullivan the guy who pitched things with the late Billy Mays?
