Sounds like you have to register your PSP Go purchase between October 1 and 10 and you'll get a download code for the full game. May be a PAL only offer, though.

Check your gaming blogs. Kaz held one up and they projected big pics on the screen. It's exactly the same machine from those early leaked photos from the manufacturing plant. About the size of the PS2, matte finish but with a curved shape echoing the current model.

Eye of Judgment PSP? Huh? You can't even purchase new Set 2 and Set 3 cards for Eye of Judgment on the PS3 from B&Ms or Amazon and the like (no one sells them!), yet they're releasing Eye of Judgment for the PSP? I don't get it.

Yes, it's much less offensive. I actually like it.

I have a 60gb BC PS3 and am very happy with it. If it crapped out, however, I don't think I'd replace it with any PS3 at $300, Slim or Fat.

I have a grand total of three PS3 games, two of which I haven't opened (one I got with the system (Heavenly Sword) and another I picked up recently for $15 (Ratchet & Clank) and just haven't had time to play -- I'll get around to it I'm sure). I do enjoy Uncharted, though. And (assuming my PS3 hasn't crapped out) I'm looking forward to Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls.

My kids play the crap out of it, though. All PS2 games. Kingdom Hearts, Champions of Norrath, SW Battlefront II, etc.

I watch blu-rays on it, though honestly I've stopped buying them altogether and I tend to stream Netflix on my 360 more often than take advantage of the blu-rays I can get through them, but I do still watch some.

If it had BC it'd be a no-brainer to replace my current one with a new one. I like to watch the occasional blu-ray and I do like my virtual PS2 memory cards. But considering that it isn't BC if it crapped out I'd just buy a PS2 and do without on the blu-ray playing. Blu-ray and PS3 games is not enough to make it worth $300 for me, BC pushes it over the edge.

But that's just me.

Your Blu-ray plays PS3 games?

I've got three, two of which I've never played. And while I like Uncharted and will probably buy Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls I can live without them.

I'm not saying they are bad games, or that the PS3's gaming library is bad. I am saying that the older I get in life the less time I have to game and the set of games I'd like to play is so much larger than the time to play them that I can easily live without many of the games I'd like to play. If I don't have a PS3 (or Wii, or PSP GO, or whatever), no problem -- the set of games on any one platform that I would like to play is greater than the time I have.

There are only two games that I'd buy any platform for, no matter the cost: Diablo III and a new Ultima single-player party-based non-FP RPG (haha, that'll not happen) -- or a remake of Ultima IV through VI in one game.

Sam Kennedy teased at the end of ListenUp last week that Sony was going to announce that one of their big titles was going to unexpectedly going to make it out this year, but I've yet to hear/read anything about it. Anyone know what title that is or if this even happened?

PSP is getting an iPhone like storefront called "minis". Small games for cheap. Pac Man Championship edition and Burn Zombie Burn are among the titles that will be launched this year.

Convenient GamesCon video collection at 1up. (http://www.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3175649) There's also a trailer for Housemarque's new game which looks like... a clone of Burn Zombie Burn. PEGI 18 for a download game, which means it likely won't get released in Germany at all. WTF?

It looks even more like Zombie Apocalypse. I think after the abstract geometric shooter craze died down everyone simultaneously decided to make a game replacing the polygons with zombies.

1up preview (http://www.1up.com/do/previewPage?cId=3175673) says it's indeed just like Super Stardust HD, except with zombies. There do seem to be some distinguishing features, such as shooting exploding barrels (no, really).
