I sent a couple of you some e-mail this afternoon, and they both bounced back with Error 550 - No Relays.

I am guessing this is being caused by a misconfigured spam filter. I only wanted to inform you of a sure thing money-making opportunity, it wasn't spam.

My ISP is comcast.net, if that helps.

If I didn't know you worked for them I'd say this sounded like a not so intricate scheme.

There's a new worm virus causing problems. Maybe they took down their mail servers temporarily?

There's a chance they turned on SMTP authentication on their mail servers, go to the Advanced settings and enable it, I bet it will start working.
