Madden Bug?

Looks like a big one for people looking forward to NCAA->Madden connectivity on Xbox.

It appears its impossible on ALL copies of madden to transfer your dynasty from ncaa over to madden. At this point theres no way around it since EA does not support live and most likely did not put the "hooks" into the game to fix this. So at this point it looks like no ncaa draft picks in madden 2004 for xbox!

Is that really a big deal, though? I'm so out of touch with the sports scene. The last football game that I mastered was a one-on-one tabletop deal in an arcade many years ago, where you spun this trackball like a madman to move X's and O's around.

It had this cool game design feature where if you really, really torqued the trackball, you risked pinching the holy hell out of some fleshy part of your palm in the gap around the trackball. There was nothing better than juking into the open field, then seeing my brother desperately spin to run me down, and then hearing a sharp cry of pain. Now that's modeling the football injury factor. Mmmm, good times.

I read Gamespot's review on Madden, though, they made it sound pretty fun. I didn't see anything about the need for mad trackball skillz, though, so I'm a bit worried.

I'm sure it's a big deal for those who bought NCAA with the plan of interacting with Madden.

I'm sure it's a big deal for those owners. That doesn't help EA's current standing with XBox owners.

Well at least it's not related to the PC version. You see... console games are buggy as well.
