Here's a thread for us in Wellington planning to get together and have a beer and lunch.

Don't know about anyone else, but "Paris" down the Govt. end of Lambton Quay would be good for me. Not sure if it's any good, but it has a pint and some good food I am sure.

Thoughts, suggested dates, etc, welcome.

The Sofaer crew will be in Wellington lunchtime on the 26th and 27th. I will check if we are actually free for lunch on those days. It would be truly awesome to drink a pint with the NZ locals while we're there.

Hey that's cool Mike, it would be great if we could do that. You can be the American QT3 ambassador. We might even forgive you for leaving the Empire. Maybe.

If I was going to be in Australia, I would definitely join you guys!

I thought Wellington was a kind of beef.

I thought it was a kind of boot.

It is all of the above!

And I won't be around on the 26th and 27th, but next week would be great.

Wednesday or Thursday are good for me right now - every other day between now and the 19th has a lunch booked already :)

Paris has changed names now hasn't it? Regardless, that end of town is fine for me.

That's clever and mean and you're just setting your trap, waiting for somebody to point out that... no, I'm not going to do it.

I'm just impressed, that this thread is even possible. I think I'd sit rather alone if I made a Copenhagen lunch-thread (or perhaps hearing the sentence "CHEERS! Respectfully Krise Madsen" a lot)

Kalle is in Skåne, though, I'm sure he could make it.

Just make it a weekend meet and give me plenty of notice and I'd consider making a weekend trip of it.

Well, I've allready asked Kieron to sign my copy of Phonogram (and perhaps an old PCZone just for fun) so we could make a London meet at sometime. But right now there's no trips in my near future.

Ok, Wednesday next week is out. I've booked out Thursday, let's see if that works.

Thursday then? I have to confirm I can make it but it sounds like a good idea.
