Anyone ever seen anything like this with the Blizzard Store?
I decided to purchase the digital Starcraft Anthology and while the purchase and everything else went through (at least there were no errors that I could see), I downloaded the downloader, and it tells me that the download is not authorized. The only help states that I should re-download the downloader, but that didn't help.
Looking at my order, it says its "Queued" while the order details says "Failed". But, I have my Starcraft CD Key; I just can't download it. The weird part is that the FAQ link beside the order status says "What do the order status messages mean? Find the complete list in our FAQ" of which, neither Queued nor Failed are listed.
Since this is the first time that I have ever had a problem with a Blizzard experience or their help being unhelpful, does anyone else have any insight to offer this odd situation?
