Anyone up for Amazon Prime?

I know we had a thread like this some time ago (and I think I even put my name in the hat for a share of AP that didn't work out), but with the holiday season rapidly approaching and my desire to go to B&M stores at an all time low I was wondering if there was any other interest in getting the necessary people together to split up the AP membership.

If so, maybe we can post in this thread and arrange it?

It works great. I think all I had to share was my email address and my birthday. Since then, I've definitely saved money on buying books and things locally because I'm not paying for shipping.

I've got Prime, had it for two years, but it renews in November and I've been thinking that I'll have to drop it this year. 10 months of unemployment has left little spare cash for something like Prime when I've got a girlfriend's birthday and Christmas coming up in the same four weeks.

So you can basically just set this up, pay the fee and then have other people pay you part of that fee. Then you just add their email address and Bday, essentially, to your account?
