monkey island 4 + emi launcher + XPSP2

Using v169 nvidia drivers with 8800gtx, can't seem to launch this game in anything other than 640x480 even w/ w98 compatibility

original exe or patched using the launcher (patched for different rezes) just plain crashes.

anyone get this working?

I've not had anything over that res myself. Granted I'm not sure it could go over it, but I'm reminded that holy shit, I've not finished the game still!

I hate to state the obvious (no I don't), but isn't there a Windows version of the game?

Windows, Mac OS, and PS2, if memory serves.

And I just realized he's probably not referring to the PS2 version.

I've still not had my coffee, and misread "XPSP2" as "PCSX2." It shocked me that anyone would try playing a Windows game on a PS2 emulator...
