Luther Wright and the Wrongs, a country/bluegrass band, have done a remake of The Wall. Yes, the whole album. And it's hilarious. Another Brick in the Wall is based on the banjo. Hey You sounds like an outtake from Hee Haw. Anyhow, a lot of the tracks are available on Grokster, etc.
