Yeah, I agree with you guys. That PETA ad was crap. :)

I'd like to reiterate, though, that the story about the chick with the vibrator in her luggage was not an urban legend, in the traditional sense, as it was 100% true, reported on both CNN.com and USAToday. So, while it may be a story that circulates a lot, this particular incident did happen.
