I hate all Iranians, US aide tells MPs (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=484762&in_page_id=1770)
Anyone who's spent a significant amount of time in Beverly Hills, or has tried to buy or sell a house on the west side of Los Angeles, can understand where she's coming from.
The little light goes off in your head when you realize "Persia" is not a real place (anymore).

That is a clear statement of how fucked up the us government is...
She hates ALL iranians? and something (yes people that hate a whole group of humans are not a someone to me) like that is even working in the government of a modern democratic state?
If you americuns ever wonder why so much people in the world hate the us dont look any further...

...shocked to be told by one of President Bush's senior women officials...

Wait, that's wrong. Let me fix that:
...shocked to be told one of President Bush's officials was actually a woman...
That's better.

That's one scary-looking woman. For a second, I thought I was looking at a photo of Michael Jackson.

It's difficult to believe anyone could be that stupid. It's easy to believe that politicians of opposing views would trash talk someone anonymously. I'm not saying that she didn't say those words, but given the anonymity of the sources I'd be wary of believing it.

And you saw no irony in those two sentences.
(oh wait, they don't hate ALL Americans. Just the poorly dressed dominatrixes.)

Clearly that's a transsexual. Just look at the choker trying to hide the undoubtedly MASSIVE Adam's apple that MUST be there.
The real story here, folks, is the willingness of the Bush administration to pay for such surgical procedures to members of their own staff and STILL hold back stem cell research!

if those germuns ever wonder why so much people in the world ever hate germany...it's probably due to their inability to grasp those ironies.

Tory Stuart Graham, who was on the ten-day trip, would not discuss Ms Cagan but said: "It was very sobering to hear from the horse's mouth how the US sees the situation."
Doh! And...
Another said: "She is very forceful and some of my colleagues were intimidated by her muscular style."
Are we sure this isn't an Onion story?

Maybe I'm missing something but isn't there a significant difference between hating the US or Iran and hating all Americans or Iranians? I'm not sure there's any irony there at all, I can understand someone hating Iran but not someone hating all Iranians.

You can't understand me, then.

I know it is wrong to judge a woman on nothing but their looks. And yet, I can't see ever being able to remember anything said by such a horrendous monstrosity. And I live in Georgia, home of more fat people than I want to think about. If the only thing those MPs can remember is that woman saying the words hate, all, and Iranians, I'd understand. I really would.
I vote we start a collection to buy her plastic surgery.

hmm..
This controversy brought public attention to an October 24, 2005 photograph of Ms. Cagan appearing at a Hungarian Embassy function dressed in a red leather blouse and sporting the Commander's Cross Order of Merit, which she had just been awarded by Ambassador András Simonyi.
So, they had this picture on file, ready to pull on her first blunder. Which is cool, because this is fucking stupid thing to say.
EDIT: Also, looks like she is denying she said it.
Britain's Daily Mail newspaper reported over the weekend that she told six members of Britain's Parliament, "I hate all Iranians." The paper quoted three members of the British delegation.
In a statement relayed by the Pentagon press office yesterday, Cagan denied making the comment. "I never said that. And I don't speak that way in any event," she said.
Can anyone find any non-Daily Mail articles on this?

The Hungarians gave her the jacket, too? Or "leather blouse?" What about the hair gel?

No the iron cross was black...
it looks more like the Hospitaliter cross of the order of the holy lazarrus of jerusalem , of course that would have much more political agenda with iranians ;)

I looked her up because everything from her title to the photo to the quote looked incredibly phony.
