Has anyone watched this? Chuck Barris should sue. Not just because it is exactly like the "Gong Show" (i.e. a mix of real and fake acts, some obviously picked to win before the show airs), but what is worse, it steals a certain "unspoken rule" that The gong Show lived by: "white people look stupid, black people don't". The Gong Show always had several white people doing nose-farts/axe throwing exhibitons mixed with with a few handpicked black acts that were always sure to charm Nipsey Russel, Betty White, and Charles Nelson Riley (gospel singing large woman, tap dancing borthers, 5 year-old piano savant) and win the big prize. It was the sort of game-show-world affirmative action that made 70's both a bizarre and great time to live-in all at once. Anyhow, I'm not knocking any of the acts, or the fact that the black acts are good. More power-to-them, and their goofy looking white counterparts. However, I'm mad at "30 Seconds To Fame" for not just ripping-off the Gong Show, but trying to steal its heart and soul as well.

Yes, but do they have "The Unknown Comic"?

That would be cool, beacuse the unknown comic was Chuck Barris. If they did something liek that I'd have more respect for it.
