While they may not withstand the test of time, the WarioWare games certainly show the breadth of what's possible with the new controller. Touched did something similar on the DS...

The 12-person multiplayer looks mildly entertaining, but simultaneous play will always beat it out. Besides, the angel selection music is incredibly grating. I was through just a fraction of that video before I got fed up with it; I can't imagine extended play sessions.
