Soldiers sequel whaa? I'm confused

So, Faces of War came out, and it was the sequel to Soldiers: Heroes of WWII. Now, I see this:

At first I thought that was just the name for the European version of Faces of War... but it's not. It's a completely different game.

So, there have been two sequels to Soldiers released a month apart?

Silent Heroes is the "expansion" (even though it isn't really)
