We need to give VideoSift some loving too -- YouTube is getting overplayed.
My fav VideoSift movie is the ULTIMATE PWNED COMPILATION:

The thing is, that's actually a youtube video.
Jesus Christ. You should have mentioned that half of the people in this video die. I'm two minutes in and have already seen one guy get hit in the face by a car and one guy get clipped by a train, not to mention the dozen-plus possible broken necks/backs.
Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely going to watch the whole thing, but shit. This is a little more than I was expecting.

Whoa, thanks for the warning. Fuck that.

I've seen like a quarter of the videos these clips are from, and I'm sorry to say that I'm pretty sure most of the people didn't die. Particularly the train one is a fakeout. The guy didn't actually get hit, and in the full video dances around like a jackass for a while after he jumps in and out of the path of the train. I sure was disappointed by that, honestly. This is like a greatest hits of videos of retards, though. Ah, the nostalgia.
Yeah, the video cut out too soon to see that, but it looked like it clipped his leg.
The probable-deaths-to-videos ratio gets lower the longer you watch, but there is some pretty wonderful, wonderful, awful things in there.
It's stupid how certain relatively minor things can be so hard to look at. About half-way through there is a guy who does a running flip over his friend who's lying on the ground, and he breaks his ankle. The video slows down and the cameraman runs up to the guy's leg, and he moves his foot a couple of times, but it's on there backward now.
Also, a guy skiing has a snowmobile land on top of him.
There are DEFINITELY some cases of death/paralysis in there, though. No question.
Edit: I think my favorite one is of three people base jumping. Numbers 1 and 3 open their chute, then number 2 freefalls into 1's chute, which collapses, then 2 opens his chute, and 1's chute unfurls again. No deaths, but close, and pretty cool to see.

Yep, I'm sorry to say that my sensibilities do not, in any way, accept this sort of catastrophic mess as entertainment. Idiots don't necessary deserve the hurt seen in the first two minutes alone.
I'm Audi5000 at that point. I perhaps empathize too much. Now Ong-Bak! THAT was pain I could watch! Look at the little Thai dude kick a bunch of ass WITH HIS ELBOWS!

Ugh, I'll pass as well. I mean, I like an America's Funniest Home Video of some dude getting hit in the nuts by a toddler as much as the next guy -- heck, probably *more* than the next guy -- but I find videos of actual injuries really disturbing.

I'm a complete pussy when it comes to this stuff. How about a NSFP tag on anything containing serious bodily harm.

Most of it is stuff like that, Tom. Really, most of it you've probably seen before, on AFHV, America's Most Shocking Nut Racks or whatever, and the like. Little of it is truly gruesome, unless you never saw the ad that ran the clip (thereby making it fake) or saw like Meet Joe Black. The dude who decided to jump headfirst down an escalator though...well, he's a bleeder. Lots of kid slapstick, sports hijinx and wrecks, skater hilarity, and...wedding faintings. Faces of Death it ain't.
Although they show a montage of people flipping out worse to that scary Exorcist site vid than that retarded kid. You know, the one that started a thread that nearly destroyed Qt3.
